Employee retention is a critical issue that all organizations face. The challenge is to understand turnover costs and turnover causes clearly. Often, top leaders misunderstand what causes turnover. Is it pay? Is it a lack of flexible working hours? Is it limited team member engagement? Is it a lack of career improvement opportunities? Or something else? The key is identifying the actual cause of turnover and clearly understanding the solutions to correct it. At the same time, you need to show the value of your solutions, even forecasting the ROI. This session will tackle retention from an accountability perspective using a proven process to address these critical challenges.

Patti P. Phillips, Ph.D., CEO of ROI Institute, Inc.
