Register TodayEmployee retention is a critical issue that all organizations face. The challenge is to understand turnover costs and turnover causes clearly. Often, top leaders misunderstand what causes turnover. Is it pay? Is it a lack of flexible working hours? Is it limited team member engagement? Is it a lack of career improvement opportunities?
