In three half-day sessions, this live virtual workshop introduces the ROI Methodology®, the most widely used evaluation system in the world. Participants will learn how to apply the ROI Methodology to their HR and learning & development programs, including developing project objectives, collecting various types of data, isolating the effects of the project, converting data into monetary values, tabulating project costs, and calculating ROI. The workshop will focus on practical implementation in an organization, enabling participants to see the advantages of the process as six types of data are collected and analyzed. This workshop demystifies the use of ROI, providing participants with the skills to demonstrate the value of their important HR and L&D initiatives effectively.  

By the end of this workshop, participants will have a fundamental understanding of how to measure and prove the success of HR and learning and development programs, ensuring they can demonstrate their value and secure continued investment.
